Alison is People Director at Calm Futures, bringing extensive experience in HR, recruitment and people leadership across complex health and social care services.
Throughout her career, she has worked in senior leadership roles, supporting organisations through growth, transformation and change by building engaged teams, developing leaders and creating positive workplace cultures. Alison is passionate about ensuring HR is a trusted partner to the business, helping leaders attract, develop and retain great people while creating an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to deliver outstanding care. She believes that investing in people is fundamental to delivering the best possible outcomes for the People We Support.
Outside of work, Alison volunteers as Group Lead Volunteer for her local Scout Group, where she leads a team of volunteers helping young people develop skills for life. She also enjoys home renovation projects, gardening, cooking and preserving seasonal produce, and making the most of family life with her two teenagers
