Hayley joined Calm Futures in mid-2025 as an area manager. With over 16 years of experience in the care sector, most recently in senior management roles, Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our mission of delivering exceptional support to adults with learning disabilities and their families.
Throughout her career, Hayley has been a passionate advocate for dignity, comfort, and quality of life, and her commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives aligns perfectly with our values. Having initially focussed on establishing our Norfolk services, at the beginning 2026 Hayley segued into focussing on our Essex based services.
In her spare time Hayley is a qualified trampolining and gymnastics coach. She also enjoys spending time with family and her twins, Ruby & Finley – as a result whom, she’s become adept in the deescalation of the dramas of 11-year-olds!
