Jonathan Short is the Area Manager for Norfolk at Calm Futures, bringing over 20 years of experience within social care. Having worked across frontline and senior leadership roles within national care providers, Jonathan strongly believes in compassionate, person‑centred care that places dignity, choice, and meaningful outcomes at the heart of everything. He is passionate about developing strong, values‑led teams, maintaining consistent practice, and creating services where people are supported to live safe, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys travelling across Europe on his motorbike and is a committed supporter of Norwich City Football Club.
