Keith is an experienced corporate M&A and banking lawyer with more than 28 years of experience advising businesses, investors, and leadership teams on complex commercial transactions, strategic growth and exits. During his legal career, he founded and built a successful niche commercial law firm, which he later exited through a management buyout after 12 years, before retiring from legal practice.
In 2021, Keith founded Calm Futures, where he continues to play a central strategic and governance role. As a Non-Executive Director (NED), he advises the board, chairs board meetings, and works closely with the leadership team to support the long-term development and operational performance of the group.
Keith works closely with the Head of Finance on budgeting and financial planning, while partnering with the CEO on strategy, business planning, and organisational growth. He also invests in and supporting the development of the properties from which Calm Futures operates.
Keith serves as Chair of Trustees for two large local Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).
