Kerry joined Calm Futures following our expansion into Norfolk in mid-2025. Following a 25-year career in the hospitality industry, Kery made the transition into care 6 years ago following a strong calling to doing something that could make a tangible difference on the lives of others.
She found that care came naturally to her, finding it to be incredibly meaningful and rewarding to help others live fulfilling lives. It is Kerry’s dedication to providing compassionate, respectful, person-centred care that saw her rise through Team Leader and Deputy Manager positions, before becoming a Registered Manager in early 2025.
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys going for walks, as she finds spending time out with nature a great way to clear her mind. She and her husband also have two children, and three lovely grandchildren, who continue to inspire them every day.
