Mark brings a wealth of experience in adult social care, having worked in senior leadership roles across a number of leading care providers. Throughout his career, he has supported the growth and development of services across learning disability, autism, mental health, and specialist complex care settings, always with a strong focus on quality, compassion, and positive outcomes.
Mark is passionate about improving the lives of the people we support and believes that the best outcomes are achieved through inclusive, collaborative working and strong relationships with colleagues, families, and communities. Mark is also a strong advocate for recognising the dedication and contribution of frontline teams, valuing the important role colleagues play every day in delivering high-quality care and support.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys being active, watching sport and live music.
