Natalie has worked in adult social care for over 20 years across a range of care providers. Having starter her journey in care as a part-time domiciliary carer and since held roles including Care Coordinator, Team Leader, Registered Manager, and senior positions in Operations and Quality, Natalie’s experiences have given her a strong, grounded understanding of the care sector.
Having discovered a passion for Quality and Governance, Natalie developed expertise in business turnaround, leading extensive quality improvement projects, and implementing robust governance and audit systems that support safe, high-quality services and regulatory excellence.
Throughout her career, Natalie has worked across a range of services providing elderly care, complex care, learning disability support, brain and spinal injury services, and autism support. She is passionate about ensuring the People We Support receive care that enables them to live life to the fullest, without boundaries. Natalie recognises that high-quality care can be truly transformative, and believes quality should sit at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, and her pets: a dog and two Shetland ponies! Natalie is also a passionate advocate for improving mental health services in the UK and is a Listening Volunteer with the Samaritans.
