Ryan joined Calm Futures as a Business Administration apprentice in Spring 2025. Since then, he’s taken on a range of projects from recruitment and HR matters to compliance, and audit assistance.
His Adult Community Learning (ACL) course focuses on a wide range of operational and functional business skills, from stakeholder management and people engagement to workplace legislation and codes of conduct. Upon completion of the course, Ryan intends to stay in the business administration space to further hone his skills and build upon all he’s learnt during his studies. It is his hope that one day, he’ll have the business acumen to start and grow companies of his own.
In his spare time, Ryan is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys music, often going to concerts and gigs to see his favourite artists.
