Stephen joins Calm Futures as Learning and Development Manager. Having started working within the health and social care industry in 1999 at the age of 17, Steve has held a multitude of roles including Carer, Care Manager and Trainer.
Highly experienced in training Moving & Handling for patients with complex mobility needs and having managed the learning and development needs of multiple different health care providers over the years, Steve feels very strongly about delivering excellent, person-centred health care.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys exploring his local area of Harwich where he lives with his wife, two children and their pets, a dog and two cats.
