Sundeep joins Calm Futures as our Digital Transformation Lead, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT, information security, data protection, and digital leadership, including 12 years working within adult social care. As an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager and GDPR Practitioner, Sundeep brings a background that combines technology, information security, and compliance.
Throughout his career, Sundeep has led complex IT implementation projects and introduced systems that improve safety, efficiency, and everyday ways of working. He is passionate about using technology in a practical and meaningful way, helping to make systems simpler for colleagues while supporting the delivery of quality services for the people we support.
Sundeep was drawn to Calm Futures by the shared passion and commitment of the team, and by the opportunity to play a part in helping people live more independently, confidently, and meaningfully within supported living environments.
When he is not working, Sundeep enjoys spending time with his family, exploring his love of film and cinema, and getting outdoors for long walks with his cocker spaniel, Leo. He also enjoys jogging and hopes to turn this into a bigger personal challenge by one day completing the London Marathon.
